I'm a pretty clean person, and do enjoy partying, but will respect rules of the house and do it elsewhere if necessary. I'm mainly just looking for a cheap place to sleep and eat. I am mature when it comes to rent, jobs, and personal relationships, and give respect and expect respect. I'm also very easy going if my roommates want to party often, smoke, etc...
