This property is not yet available to me but should be sometime in June. It is a Spanish stlyle house. I am an artist and will utilize a great deal of the living space for my work, I need someone who is quiet and does not drink or smoke. I have one small dog, the house is really too small for a second pet. No loud music please. I require a great deal of quiet time, it would be best if I could find someone who requires the same, male or female, we just must get along nicely.
