I'm looking for someone to fill a room in our duplex. Room is about 10' by 11' with a cloest and will share a bathroom with one other roommate. Currently the duplex has three tenants, two males and one female. We are all fairly clean and laid back. We have two Boston terriers, one female and one male. We are open to those who have dogs/pets. Duplex has washer and dryer, backyard and garage used for storage. We like to have people over for events like UFC fights and BBQs. Rent is $412.50 a month
