We live right by the Drive In movie theatre and 2 min from beach. The house sits on 1.2 acreage lot with several parking and yard space with views. The house has the kitchen in the middle with washer and dryer in the home already. We have internet and cable hooked up which will be included in the rent. We are a very friendly couple and my brother is in the Navy and will be deploying which is why we are in need of a roommate ASAP. We have seperate rooms with own bath available.
