We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom town-home style unit. We are looking for a fun and easy going female to rent out the third bedroom (unfurnished) who will not mind sharing a bathroom. We are also looking for someone who will sign a 12 month lease which began in the middle of this July. Rent is $440 a month plus utilities (we have Cox cable with HBO and internet). We live in a gated community at The Pavilions on Central. The apartment is a very spacious and nicely decorated!!
