Beautiful large basement with walk out to a nice patio and landscaping. Living space has: living room, dining room, bathroom, laundry room (shared), very large bedroom with closet. New laminate floors and living area is furnished, bedroom is unfurnished. Shared space is laundry room and kitchen. It would be nice if you had a small refrigerator in the basement to store most of your food. I am the homeowner and live in the house with a very sweet and well behaved chow so you must be pet friend
