House has 2 bedrooms, den (small living room ), large living room ( we can share living rooms or each have one!) located in great neighborhood, Grafton Hill area next to all amenities, bus stops, train / bus station, all highways, etc. I do have a 10 lb dog and a cat, but cat box is in cellar and dog comes with me most of the time.
