I am a single 43 year old woman. I have a sales job during the day and bartend at night. I am easy to get along with, fun and very positive minded. I love music, and am a singer/song writer. I play the acoustic guitar but am respectful of others need for quiet when necessary. My sales job is mostly worked from home during the day. I bartend at Hans and Franz Monday through Friday at 4pm and get home anywhere from 11pm to 1am. I am looking for tidy roommate who is professional but good company.
