41,easy going & calm but won't be taken advantage of. I have a Lg dog, HATE drama,smoke cigarettes & drink every so often. Decent sized living room & kitchen, regular size bathroom w/tub & shower, upstairs bedrooms, regular size bedroom with closet, Lg front/back yard with a fire pit in the back. $475 is for your half of the rent & your half the utilities bill together.
