I am a Christian Ph. D. older student with a quiet, furnished room for rent in September. W Manufactured home. WIFI & util.'s incl. 2 roommates are quiet, respectful and don't drink, smoke or take drugs. The room is furnished, carpeted, view property with 1/2 bath. Use general bath for showers or bathing. WIFI I have a little apartment sub-connected to the home. I have a small dog. The property is in a natural type habitat about 1 and 3/4 miles from town up in the hill
