I have a great home one block from Van Ness extension. Its a very quiet, safe neighborhood. I have two rooms available, one bath available. Except for bedrooms, house is fully furnished, screened in back porch, spa, washer and dryer, garage parking or driveway, security system... Please, respectful students or professionals only. No smoking, no drugs. Pets ok, please have them house-trained. I am a nursing student and I work. I am a quiet person, but very friendly and fun.
