This is a 14 year old two story house in a nice family neighborhood just outside of downtown Wilmington. You would be sharing the home with 2 female 2nd year law students. It is fully furnished except the available bedroom - but if you have furniture you don't want to store there is plenty of room for it. There is a pretty yard that the landlord takes care of. The bedroom has carpet and the living/dining rooms and kitchen have hardwood floors.
