Cool house, nice neighborhood and currently myself(owner) and one other roomie, James. We have a dog each and I am open to having another roomie with a dog - assuming they get along. House has a pool, pool table and its pretty comfortable. We are typically pretty clean and tidy people - we are responsible when it comes to cleaning and vacuuming the place. About you: clena, tidy and responsible - all else is optional. Hopefully you don't smoke and definately no drugs
