I am a widow. My house burned down. I need a room with use of kitchen and bathroom. I can share meals, or keep them separate. I have a cat named Spooky. We are a package deal. He is a good, smart cat and he always uses his litter box, which I keep clean. I pretty much stay in my room and keep to myself. I get an annuity check every month, and always pay what I owe. I am flexable on the financial part, depending on what is included in the cost. If need be, I can smoke outside.
