I am a 33 year old male looking a single room for myself and my cat Oliver. A friendly, easy going, and generally tidy guy. Not one to invite friends over often, cause trouble, or cause much noise. Looking for a room for rent that is no more then $600 to $650 a month, with a part time job as I work to get my disability and SSI. I am not a non-smoker, only an occasional drinker, who enjoys TTRPGS and PC gaming, and will generally keep to myself. I just need a place to live with my cat near Roy.
