I'm a 29 yr old male, single (but not looking romance), I work part time while studying new material for a career change from ITNS to web site development and what I need now is as little stress as possible so that I can get through what I need to and get my new career started quickly. I am pretty personable and I get along with others easy but I don't want to have to worry about any other expectations other than to pay rent on time.
