Recently purchased a 3 bedroom condo, and found out that I have too much space. I have two cats. The room that is up for grabs has a walk out belcony to it and a full bath right across the hall. I like to have fun but also have to wake up for work at 6am so I am usually in bed by 11pm on week nights, I would like that person I room with to have somewhat a similar night schedule.
