Public transportation just outside the door. Lovely home with wireless internet and cable. Room is completely furnished with plush king-sized bed, dresser, nice leather chair, desk (not showing in photos) and TV. I have a small quiet dog and do not want anyone with pets. And no couples. Must have good credit to be approved by landlady.
