I need a place to stay for the summer, from late May until school starts up again in late August. I can easily cater my lifestyle to fit yours in terms of hours, guests, habits, etc., I just need a safe place to stay that isn't going to cost me very much. I'm quite clean, and mostly quiet except for maybe a night or two a week. I have a pet rat but she can stay with friends if you are not fond of pets.
