Near the corner of 17th and Johnson streets Clean, good sized and charming antique space. Facilities and utilities updated. You get a room, walk-in closet, shared bathroom and kitchen, use of house and yard as needed. Must be ok with a small old dog and a couple cats. Your room is lockable as well as the house. All utilities included except WiFi and cable. I don’t use them. Ready if you pay. I’m a progressive 39 year old man. Clean, decent, kind, hardworking. Mind my own business. Trying to pay for this house and the new AC and restoration. Looking for anyone who can pay, and not mess up my place. No pets unless you keep it in your room.
