I'm a 23 year old wanting a roommate. I live in Arborside Townhomes off Washington Rd near Stein Mart. It is a 2bedroom townhome, living room/kitchen/dining area/half bath downstairs.... 2 bedrooms/laundry area/full bath upstairs. We will have comcast cable/internet, water bill is usually under $30, electric varies. We also have a back patio with fencing and concrete/alittle grass. I prefer someone clean. I do have a dog, she is less than 2lbs full grown. She is super sweet, and the only noise s
