I have a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a fenced in back yard. I have washer and dryer. Central air. You would have access to everything as if you were living here alone. I am a very private and quiet person. I have a 3yr old daughter who comes every other week for a week. I rarely have guests. I usually try not to have any guests when my daughter is home.
