Lots of windows, painted rooms. Rent will be $650/month, plus 1/3rd of utilities. Move-in date negotiable. Before move-in, I will require first and last month’s rent (total of $1300). i will ask that you sign a sublease. Additionally, i would require a $250. damage deposit within 5 weeks of moving in. Rent due on the 8th of each month thereafter. Once we decide on a move-in date, we can figure out your pro-rated rent, if applicable, for that first month. i've got more pics if you get in touch.
