Looking for a room $800 or less a month, any gender but generally would prefer 30 or less for roommate/renter. Just need a place to stay for a short time until I get settled in an apartment (would also be interested if someone wanted to room together at an apartment they found that might be too expensive for 1 but we could split rent)
