My rental includes a beautiful living room and bedroom located in a gorgeous, quiet gated community, offering a clubhouse and full amenities! It is completely private, with shared kitchen and laundry rooms. The property includes WiFi, internet, cable and fully furnished. I am quadriplegic and 60 years old. I have assistance everyday from 8am-10pm, when I go to bed. I am searching for a responsible tenant to be able to call 911, in case of emergency, at night. There’s NO care, whatsoever!
