I am a student @ William Paterson University looking to live off campus for the next few years. I currently hold 2 jobs apart from being a full time student, so I doubt I will be of any trouble to my roommate. I rarely make noise, and have friends come and stay over. If guest come I do plan on telling my roommate in advance.
