This apartment is clean and spacious. It's not extravagant but it's not shabby at all. Laundry, mail, a cafe, a bar, the bus stop, and garbage are all in (SHORT) walking distance. The rent will be cheap because I am extending the lease! Originally over 320, it'll only be 270! I'm clean and always pay rent/bills early. I need a roommate ASAP! I am taking summer classes and graduating next year, so this is a one- year commitment. Please contact me for more info!
