Hi, my name is Charae Epps. I am 19 years old and will be a future student at College of Southern Nevada. I am moving from California to Nevada. Since CSN doesn't have dorms; I am looking for a room to rent. I am very tidy, respectful, nice, fun yet quiet. I do love animals and don't mind smoking. I also will pay my rent on time and will not bring any drama/problems to your household. I was hoping to move in around the end of July or beginning of August.
