Hi all. My name is Charles. I have a basement, and a room for rent to the right person. The person would have a very open mind. She would have to need a family unit. She is a nurturer, lover, and builder for the unit. (WE) are a newly divorced couple, who still works together for the bigger picture. There are three children in the home ages 6,9,10. I home school them, and would like a person who would not mind helping with that from time to time. We are very laid back and real people.
