Hello i am looking to sublease my room away, I move out December 17th, so if you're able to move in around that time great, otherwise move in will have to be coordinated with roommates. The apartment is shared with 2 other roommates. We tend to keep to ourselves so privacy is kept. Room rental details: $412 rent + electricity(split 3 way) shared bathroom (1 other roommate) closet in room in unit laundry room garage is rotates between all 3 roommates monthly, otherwise parking is non-assigned.
