Hi, I rent a 4 bedroom house in a great area in Rancho Cucamonga. I have one other female roommate and 2 little dogs (they're rad!). It's $525 a month plus 1/3 of the utilities (right around $100 give or take), a shared bathroom with my other roommate. I am looking for someone responsible, pays their rent/bills on time, clean, quiet, respectful, likes animals, NO drama, NO KIDS, no raging alcoholics (sorry, but have ran into bad seeds out there), no drugs, no indoor smoking.
