We have a 3 bdr 2.5 bath 2story 1 car garage. The room we're renting out is the 2nd biggest in the house and you will not have to share a bathroom with anyone. The garage is never used n we are 420 friendly...closet space in the room is a little smaller than a walk in and there is a baywindow as well.
