Summary
I need a place in Alfred to stay at. I will need the room/ appartment for this next school year. It will be my housing, so I will need a washer/dryer and a kitchenette. A standard kitchen isn't necessary. I would like a microwave, however if that isn't provided that is fine. But, a fridge would be nice too.
