Summary

I keep to myself and I expect the same. I can only sleep when it's cold and quiet, but any noise level is fine during waking hours as long as the walls don't shake. I am private, considerate, and responsible. Common areas like kitchens and living rooms should be picked up weekly. Pets are ok, I don't have any of my own. I am searching for reasonable rent and similar roomate(s). Close proximity to Tech Ridge and Pflugerville is a plus.
