I'm looking for someone really laid back that I can have fun with. I would prefer a guy because I hate the drama that comes with girls living together. I drink socially, and sometimes a couple drinks after a long day. I smoke outside. I need someone reliable who can pay bills on time, and won't steal any of my stuff. No LIARS and NO THIEVES...those are my two biggest pet peeves. Also, just someone who can clean up after themselves, and is relatively clean.
