Let me explain the daily overnight guests...I'm moving down here for my girlfriend, so needless to say, she will be over quite a bit. However, we are quiet and won't keep people up. We like to go out a lot, too, so we won't always be there. She will be the only person I have over, though. My major interests are my car and her. I'm very laid back and easy to get along with.
