About this household
This a house, two of us own it and one other friend is renting a room from us. Looking for someone who is looking for a room to rent. Room is 9 ft x 12 ft. All of us are working professionals that go out on the weekends. This is close to downtown Minneapolis, 5 minutes away from the warehouse district. Street parking out front or driveway behind the house. Utilities are extra, roughly $100 to $125 /month.
