Summary

Ideally, I would like an efficiency apt, with my own entrance, or a share with the same. I am home alot when not working and am very neat, clean, organized and tidy. I would want a roommate who is the same. I will live with another guy, but would prefer a female roommate, as they are typically alot cleaner and more organized. I generally work from 6a to 5p, 5 days a week. Some saturdays. I want a roommate that I can get along with and can trust, that is very important to me as a renter. Thanks
