Summary
I am pretty relaxed and am an artist... I woule be painting in my room or on the balcony/deck. That may be a problem to some people. I don't want uptight roommates. I do want them to be responsible and respectful though -- no party animal college freshman please. I did six years in college and would like to relax for the most part.
