I'm looking for a roommate who has passed their partying stage. Its alright to have fun once and a while but every night is just not my type of living environment. Also, because I'm not from this area, my roommate must be okay with my out-of-town friends crashing at our place when they come to town. I love sports, movies, music, live theatre, video games, (any games really), and kayaking. I'm pretty laid back, so just looking for a similar person with some respect for other people.
