Looking for responsible person to share 4BR/3.5 ba home. You would have the Master Bedroom/Bathroom, and a garaged parking spot. Home is available ASAP. Rent would be $400 per month, plus one third utilities. You would be sharing the main house with one other single male (straight) who has his own bedroom and private bathroom. There is also one single male (straight)that lives in a one bedroom private basement apartment with a private entrance of his own. It is a very quite household.
