Hello my name is Chris Schauer and I am very interested in your room for rent in the condo. About me i recently moved back to the area after being gone for 30 years. I went to Lake Mary High School. I am a single 49 years old with a 15 year old son who lives with Mom in Nevada. I have a solid career as an insurance adviser and I work from home. Income is $60-$65K a year. I had housing set up when I moved back but my friend's daughter split with her boyfriend and her and a 14 month old moved into the room I was to rent in Deltona.
