Graduate student social work looking for roommate. I am quiet, have no pets, no smoking and wine drinker. Very clean, will be working and studying most of the time. I like clean quiet people of any age or gender, honest, mature, pays bills on time and is responsible. I prefer no pets because I will not be available for pet care or sitting due to my schedule so you must be a responsible pet owner (I had to give away a cat that was left behind once and I don't want to do that ever again)
