I am an artist (painting, photography) with a boyfriend in a band looking to rent a room for the both of us. We keep to our selves but love to socialize. We would need room for a keyboard(in our room not in the middle of the house), don't worry he uses headphones if necessary. We are most often home at night, sometimes we get home very late after a show but we are very quiet. We are understanding genuine people looking for the same courtesy in a landlord or roomate.
