A two story townhouse with an excellent layout. We need a third roommate to keep the rent at $300/m. It is more than enough room for three. Each resident will have their own bed and bathroom. There is a game room with a full bar and fireplace. Covered parking in a great area with friendly neighbors and a private owner. It's a heck of a deal and we are both very trustworthy people. We are both US Marines and get along well with anyone and everyone.
