I own a 2 bedroom condo in Beverly between Cabot and Essex street and have a room for rent. You will be meeting both me (landlord) and the current tenant - she is a teacher in Newbury in her early 30s, quiet, friendly, and clean. The place is located pretty equidistant between Beverly Depot and Montserrat, so you have your pick of a train station if you are a commuter. There's only one set up for the room, and it is longer than it is wide. It will fit a queen bed but has a spavious closet.
