Hey there! I have a furnished private spare bedroom for rent @ $400 per month. The house is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath, so you would share a bathroom and have use of the living common area, kitchen, laundry, driveway, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located just outside of east Owensboro (near 54 and the bypass). Monthly cost includes all utilities, internet (high-speed) and trash removal. Storage space can be made available if needed (not climate controlled).
