I am a student studying psychology and peace studies. I am a relatively quiet person and would appreciate someone similar as I will often have studies. I have a small dog (11 lbs) which I would like to take with me. I would really like to find a place with a yard, however it is not necessary for now. I'm trying to live in Wilmington (close to the campus), if possible. I would like to find someone who is also pretty quiet, tidy, with a somewhat carefree attitude ideally.
