I am a nursing student looking for a clean and relatively quiet and calm home with a mature female roommate of similar age (preferably). I am a serious, full-time student who prefers a suitable environment for studying, but I am not so worried about occasional noise or guests coming because I also would like to be able to make friends and socialize in a responsible way. I do enjoy cooking and plan to utilize the kitchen a lot, and when I am not cooking or studying I do enjoy being outdoors.
