Summary

I am a full-time student with monthly housing allowance. I play acoustic guitar and sing at small venues to subsidize my income. I have an eight- year-old son who stays with me on the weekend and sometimes during the week. He is well mannered and quiet. I'm looking for a living area that has stove, refrigerator, and laundry facilities if possible. I would be happy to do yard work as part of the deal.
